Providing the item is in stock, all orders are sent out the next day. Our delivery is Royal Mail standard delivery, first class, which normally takes 1-2 days but cannot be guaranteed. International orders and European orders are sent by Royal Mail. European destinations will take 3-5 days and the Rest of the World 6-7 days.
Please note, due to COVID-19 deliveries may take longer.
We are happy to send out to anywhere in the world. All deliveries are by Royal Mail, tracked to European and Rest of the World.

At this time, Kulu Beach is sorry that it cannot offer free returns. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, you can easily return them to us by using the shipping label enclosed in your order. Attach this label to the outside of the packaging and take this to your nearest Post Office. We highly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' free from the Post Office which will enable us to action your refund should the returned Goods be lost or delayed in the post.
We will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage).

Please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post.
Returns are turned around as soon as we receive them and you will be notified by email on receipt. If your return requires a refund, your account will be credited immediately – please allow 3-5 days for this to show up in your account.
In the unlikely event that you have not heard from us within 10 days of you posting your return. Please contact us and we will get back to your urgently.
