Shipping policy

DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

  • Shipping within UK (3-5 business days) £4.00
  • Shipping within EU (7-12 business days) £15.00
  • International Worldwide Delivery (10-14 business days) £23.00

 

UK shipping of jewellery will be shipped at £2.99 per order if ordered as a stand alone purchase.  If ordered along with a clothing purchase it will cost the standard £4.00

 

Please note, orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

 

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Post. Once each parcel is dispatched from the Kulu Beach warehouse you will receive an email confirmation.

 

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and will vary based on your UK location.  We are not responsible for delays incurred by our credit card verification process, incorrectly provided addresses, external factors impacting our shipping couriers, custom holds or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will be held and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don’t hear from you within 72 hours of contacting you, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

 

Currency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you. Your order will be processed in GBP and the conversion rate will be decided by your bank.  Please contact your bank for exact charges and conversion rates.

 

CUSTOMS

You may be liable for import duty/tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods you buy and their value; some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.

Unfortunately we can't predict what the charges might be in any particular case. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the addressee. These are imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country, we have no control over them and unfortunately can't take responsibility for them.

We're legally obliged to declare the full value of the goods on all packages shipping outside the EU, so please don't ask us to do otherwise as it won't be possible.   If delivery can't be completed due to unpaid import duties, when the parcel comes back to us a £20 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the return charges and fees that were billed by the carrier.

 

RETURNING GOODS ON WHICH DUTY HAS BEEN PAID

Please clearly mark your return parcel as 'Returned Goods'. If this isn't done and Kulu Beach incur any incoming customs charges as a result, then unfortunately these charges will need to be passed on to you. If you've paid import duty for items bought which you then return to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you'll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of re-export (e.g. your certificate of return posting) when claiming your refund.
