Return Conditions

 

Kulu Beach is committed to delivering beautiful garments.  We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of your item.  Please email us at returns@kulubeach.co.uk  

 

• Returns must be received by us within 10 business days from the date of receipt
• International orders must be received by us within 28 business days
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

Terms and conditions

• A refund will be issued within 10 business days providing the garment has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged. Items should be in their original condition including all tags attached and original packaging.  Garments must not smell of perfume
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We strongly advise sending all returns fully tracked.  We are not liable for goods not returned to us.
• We reserve the right to deduct any additional taxes or duties incurred due to incorrect international postage fees.
• You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed. Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
• Jewellery must be returned unworn in its original jewellery pouch/box with any tags attached. Please note, earrings are non- returnable/refundable due to hygiene reasons.
• The goods are your full responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure they are packaged safely and securely. 

 

Exchanges

• Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. Please process a return for the unwanted item and place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase. 

  

Late returns

• Any returns received outside of the acceptable timeframe (14 busines days domestic, 28 business days international) may be accepted and will only be refunded in the form of an E:gift card.
• Your E -Gift card will be valid for up to a year after its issue, after which it will expire.
